Getting to know me is pretty simple. I have a huge heart and express a lot of empathy, mindfulness, and kindness. I love art, such as painting, photography, and recently, stain-glass. I love exploring my hometown on my bike and finding new places. In my interactions with anyone, I try to be as transparent as possible so the real me is shining. Not only that, I am a Psychology student at the University of the Fraser Valley aiming to graduate and pursue a path of mental health and bereavement.

My current career goal is to ensure a position among mental health professionals who show compassion and gratitude towards the individuals receiving support and guidance. To do so I would like to network with individuals in the psychology field to gain as much knowledge as possible. My future intention is to continue on my academic journey through graduate school to complete a Master’s in Counselling program. This would allow me to better aid those who are in need of mental health and grief assistance. My intended audience is hiring managers in the field of mental health or bereavement services.
