Unique Value Proposition

Building trust and elevating workplace culture through empathetic, integrity-driven leadership.

How Did I Get Here?

My path to Human Resources wasn’t linear, but it has always been guided by a deep commitment to people. While completing volunteer hours with the Mission Hospice Society, I discovered a natural ability to connect with individuals through compassion, active listening, and empathy during some of their most sensitive life transitions. Realizing my passion lay in understanding human behavior, I fell in love with Psychology at the University of the Fraser Valley. As I progressed, I saw a vital need for that same empathy, integrity, and human connection in the workplace—inspiring me to combine psychology with business administration to build thriving, supportive work environments

Why Human resources?

I thrive on listening to people’s stories and understanding diverse perspectives I might otherwise never have considered. For me, earning someone’s trust through active listening and genuine empathy is deeply rewarding. Over time, I realized that mental health and well-being aren’t just personal matters, they are essential to a thriving workplace. I chose HR because it allows me to combine behavioral science with business strategy, creating work environments where employees feel heard, supported, and empowered to succeed.
