I am dedicated to bringing mindfulness, empathy, and integrity into everyday workplace practices. As life and organizations continuously evolve, my goal is to guide others through change, empower them to find their courage, and foster a culture grounded in trust and respect.

Goals

  • Immediate Goal: Secure an entry-level position in Human Resources or People Operations—such as an HR Coordinator, Employee Relations Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Associate—where I can support employee well-being and organizational health.
  • Short-Term Goal: Build hands-on experience in onboarding, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives while working toward my CPHR (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources) designation.
  • Long-Term Vision: Expand into People & Culture Leadership or Organizational Development, creating transparent, empathy-driven strategies that help both employees and businesses thrive.
